1. Pre-boiled rice
  2. 1 Onion (Cut into strips)
  3. 1 Bell pepper (Cut into strips)
  4. 1 carrot (Cut into strips)
  5. 1 Cucumber (Cut into strips)
  6. 1 Tomato (cubed)
  7. Chilli flakes
  8. Black pepper
  9. Soy sauce


  1. Fry the onions in oil till translucent.
  2. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes before adding the pepper, cucumber and tomato.
  3. Stir and lower the heat for around 2 minutes.
  4. Now add the p-boiled rice and mix well.
  5. Put a pinch of salt if need be and the soy sauce, chilli flakes and black pepper.
  6. Stir well to make sure all the soy sauce is mixed with the rice.

Serve hot!!!
