- Beef pieces, about 200g
- Onion, small
- Tomato small
- Dhania 1 bunch
- Matoke (cooking bananas) 2 cups when chopped and skinned
- Boil your beef in salted water till tender.
- Saute your Onion with cooking oil, add dhania and tomato, about 6 minutes on lower heat.
- Add the chopped matoke, bring to a simmer and add your favorite spice mixes, simmer for about 10 minutes and remove from fire.
- Add a few more dhania leaves and serve
