1. 200g chicken gizzards (sliced into strips)
  2. 1 medium-sized onion.
  3. A bunch of spring onions
  4. A bunch of coriander
  5. Chilli flakes
  6. Beef cube
  7. Black pepper
  8. Salt


  1. Fry the onion in some oil till translucent.
  2. Add in the spring onion and stir a little before adding the gizzard.
  3. Lower the heat and cook till soft while stirring regularly not to burn.
  4. Add the coriander and spice with beef cube, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper.
  5. Set aside to cool.

  2. When ready, don’t cut the circular dough into two, use it as a whole.
  3. Put the fillings on one side the roll once to cover the fillings.
  4. Turn the sides of the circle to wrap the fillings as if wrapping a gift.
  5. Continue rolling till you get to the edge then use the flour glue to seal.
  6. Fry in hot oil till golden brown then set in paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve with hot cup of white coffee!
