SPICY BEEF MACARONI

INGREDIENTS

  1. Pipe Macaroni
  2. 250gsm Beef
  3. Dhania
  4. 1 Large onion 
  5. 3 cloves garlic (Crushed)
  6. Small ginger (Crushed)
  7. Tomato paste
  8. Chilli flakes
  9. Curry powder
  10. Garam Masala
  11. Salt

METHOD

  1. Boil the macaroni in salted water till done then set aside.
  2. Next pre-boil the beef in salted water till soft.
  3. Saute your onions till translucent then add the garlic and ginger and fry till they release a nice aroma. Next add the beef and fry till golden brown.
  4. Now add the curry powder and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes then add the tomato paste and chilli flakes.
  5. Mix well then add 1/4 cup of warm water. Cover and let it reduce for around 4 minutes.
  6. Add some salt to taste then add the pre-boiled macaroni.
  7. Mix well, season with garam masala and garnish with the dhania.
  8. Set aside and let it rest for a while before serving.

Enjoy with cold fresh fruit juice!!!
