SPAGHETTI PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  1. 200gsm Spaghetti  
  2. 1 egg beaten off
  3. 1 chili
  4. 1 glass Minji
  5. 1 tablespoon margarine
  6. Carrots roughly chopped
  7. Thinly sliced scallions
  8. A little salt

METHOD 

  1. Boil the spaghetti together with the minji, carrots and chili.
  2. Boil until cooked then drain.
  3. Mix the spaghetti with the beaten egg and add a little salt.
  4. Stir until the eggs are evenly spread.
  5. Heat a nonstick pan and apply some margarine.
  6. Pour in the spaghetti vegetable egg mixture and cook both sides until done.

Serve warm with chili sauce
