HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4 cup warm water
  2. 1 envelope active dry yeast
  3. 2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 3 tablespoons olive or normal oil

METHOD

  1. Mix one cup of flour with all the dry ingredients.
  2. Next add the warm water and oil then gradually add the remaining cup little by little until you have a soft but not sticky ball.
  3. Cover and set aside to rise for around 20 minutes.
  4. When done roll it out to a 1/2 an inch thickness and top with your favourite toppings.
