- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive or normal oil
- Mix one cup of flour with all the dry ingredients.
- Next add the warm water and oil then gradually add the remaining cup little by little until you have a soft but not sticky ball.
- Cover and set aside to rise for around 20 minutes.
- When done roll it out to a 1/2 an inch thickness and top with your favourite toppings.
